Shipping policy

We strongly recommend that you upgrade your postage to receive tracking on your order.

This enables both you and us at The Barking Tagsmith to keep an eye on your order when in the postal service.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the product caused by any postal service. 

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

---Shipping within New Zealand---
Standard Post: Approx 2 - 6 Business Days*
Express Post: Overnight 

---Shipping Worldwide---
Standard Post: Approx 8 - 12 Business Days*
Standard with Tracking: Approx 5 - 10 Business Days*

*NOTE: Business Day means any day during the normal working week being Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Public Holidays. 

While we try our best to have your order arrive on time please be aware that once your order has been shipped, we will not be held responsible for any delays in receiving your order.

If standard postage is selected at checkout we suggest you check with your local postal service for any potential delays or interruptions. Please contact us via email (sales@thebarkingtagsmith.com) within 30 business days from the date of shipment, if your order has not arrived.  

If your order has not be received by this time (standard shipping only) and we have not heard from you within 30 business days from the date of shipment, you will not be eligible for any refund on your order.  Please ensure that you contact us within this time frame to ensure the best possible outcome.

We strongly recommend that you confirm you have supplied the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied by the customer at the time of order.

Should an incorrect address be provided and the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible to inform us of the error and will be expected to pay any additional costs for additional postage with tracking. 

Should we receive a 
returned order due to an incorrect address, we will inform the customer who will then need to update their postal address and will be expected to pay any additional costs for additional postage with tracking.
